What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it deleted.
This policy explains what personal data EmergeScale (operated by Alpha Traders) collects when you use https://emergescale.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

01Who we are
EmergeScale is a digital growth studio operated by Alpha Traders, at 90, Ground Floor, Pocket 25, Sector 24, Rohini, New Delhi — 110085, India. We design and build websites and apps and run SEO and marketing campaigns for our clients.
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@emergescale.com or +91 87960 72717 with any question or request about your data.
02What data we collect
We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run the site. There is no account system on this website and we do not ask visitors to register.
When you submit our contact form, we record the following:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address and/or phone number (at least one is required so we can reply)
- The service you're interested in and your indicative budget range, if you select them
- The message you write to us
- The date and time of the submission
03Analytics and tracking
This site loads three third-party scripts. All of them are loaded lazily, after the page has rendered, and none of them receive the contents of your contact form submission.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser, and how you arrived at the site.
- Meta Pixel — measures whether visits from our Facebook and Instagram advertising lead to enquiries. This may allow Meta to associate your visit with your Meta account if you have one.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-focused page-view counts that do not use cookies or fingerprinting.
05How we use your data
We use the data described above for these purposes and no others:
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
- To prepare quotes, proposals and contracts you have asked for
- To send you project-related communication while we are working together
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns bring us enquiries
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations in India
06What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you sent us an enquiry — if we ever launch a newsletter, joining it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.
08How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 24 months, so that we have context if you come back to us, and are then deleted.
Records relating to clients we have worked with — contracts, invoices and the correspondence supporting them — are retained for eight years, as required by Indian tax and company law. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' own default windows.
09Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased where we have no continuing legal obligation to retain it, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these, email support@emergescale.com from the address you contacted us on, or call +91 87960 72717. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10How we protect your data
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced, and a strict Content-Security-Policy limits which scripts can run. Access to our admin panel and enquiry database is restricted to authenticated team members, and administrator passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal data ever occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
11Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly where we hold contact details for you.
