How much does a website cost in Delhi NCR?
At EmergeScale, landing pages start at ₹7,999, no-code business websites (WordPress or Shopify) run ₹14,999–₹39,999, and fully custom-coded websites on React/Next.js run ₹34,999–₹99,999+. E-commerce starts at ₹29,999 for a no-code store and ₹99,999+ for a custom build. All prices are one-time project fees with GST extra, and every quote is fixed before work starts.
What does app development cost in India?
Business and booking apps start at ₹69,999, e-commerce apps at ₹99,999, and on-demand or delivery platforms at ₹1,49,999. That covers iOS and Android from a single codebase, a secure backend, an admin panel, store submission and source-code handover. GST is extra.
How much do monthly SEO services cost?
Our SEO plans are ₹6,000/month (Starter), ₹12,000/month (Growth) and ₹18,000/month (Pro), with GST extra. Each plan covers technical SEO, on-page optimisation, Google Business Profile work, white-hat link building and a monthly report with a strategy call. We recommend a minimum three-month engagement because SEO results compound over three to six months.
What are your payment terms?
One-time builds are billed 40% in advance, 40% on design approval and 20% before deployment. Design-only projects are split 50/50. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month with your rate locked for the term. We issue a proper GST invoice for every payment.
Is GST included in your prices?
No — every price we publish is exclusive of GST, which is charged at 18% on digital services in India. We quote pre-tax figures so you can compare our pricing directly against other agencies, and the GST line always appears separately on your invoice.
What is the Growth Partnership and is it really free?
The Growth Partnership means we build and run your website, SEO, ads and social media at zero retainer — you fund only the pass-through costs: ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta, domain and hosting billed at cost in your name, and any photo or video shoots. There is no retainer and no lock-in; we're paid on results, with the terms agreed on your call. It suits businesses that can commit a minimum ad budget of ₹500/day.
Timelines & process
How long does a project take from kickoff to launch?
It depends on what we're building: landing pages take 3 to 5 days, business websites 10 to 14 days, e-commerce stores 3 to 4 weeks, custom web applications 6 to 12 weeks, and mobile apps 8 to 24 weeks. Across all of them the single biggest factor is how quickly you can supply copy, images and feedback — not the build itself.
How do you keep me updated during the project?
You get a working demo on a live staging link every week — never a deadline-day reveal. You also get direct access to the people doing the work over WhatsApp or Slack, and a shared roadmap board showing what's done, in progress and next. There's no account manager relaying messages.
What is your project process?
Four phases: Discover (goals, audience, competitors, roadmap), Design (wireframes, UI, interactive prototype, design system), Build (production engineering with weekly demos and QA) and Scale (SEO, content, experiments and analytics after launch). Discovery takes about a week, design one to two weeks, and build two to six weeks for a typical site.
What do you need from me to get started?
A conversation about your goals, then your content — copy, logo, images and any brand assets you already have. If you don't have content, we write and source it for you (₹999 per page for copy). We'll send a short brief form that takes about ten minutes to fill in, and development starts the same day your advance clears.
Working with us
Do I own my website, code and accounts?
Yes — you own everything. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name, ad accounts stay under your ownership, and we hand over full source code, documentation and access at the end of the project. There is no lock-in and nothing is held hostage if you decide to work with someone else.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No. EmergeScale is a 100% in-house team — strategy, design, engineering and marketing all sit under one roof in Rohini, Delhi. The senior people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work, which is why there are no hand-off gaps between design and build.
Do you work with clients outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. We're based in Rohini, Delhi and serve all of Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad — plus businesses across India and international clients. Most of our work is done remotely with video calls and WhatsApp, and we're comfortable collaborating across time zones.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we're happy to sign an NDA before discussing anything sensitive. Send us yours or ask and we'll provide a standard mutual NDA. We treat every client's roadmap, pricing and customer data as confidential whether or not paperwork is in place.
What happens after my website launches?
You can take the site and run it yourself — you own everything — or keep us on for maintenance and growth. Our AMC is ₹9,999/year and covers updates, security patches, backups and small content changes. Most clients continue with an SEO or digital marketing retainer so the site keeps compounding rather than sitting static.

Nothing about building a website, app or SEO campaign requires us to be in the same city — most of our NCR clients we also see mainly on calls. We're comfortable across time zones and bill international projects in INR with a proper invoice.

Most of our work is with coaching institutes, clinics and dentists, real estate and property dealers, retail shops and boutiques, restaurants and cafés, salons and gyms, manufacturers and exporters, interior designers, and D2C brands. Each needs something different from a website — a coaching centre needs admission enquiries, a clinic needs appointments, a dealer needs searchable listings — so we shape the build around the outcome rather than a template.
Do you build websites for coaching institutes and schools?
Yes, and it's one of our most common builds in North-West Delhi. A coaching website typically needs course and batch listings, faculty profiles, results and testimonials, downloadable brochures, and an admission enquiry form that reaches you on WhatsApp instantly. Admissions are seasonal, so we plan the content and ad calendar backwards from your intake months.
Do you work with doctors, clinics and hospitals?
Yes. Healthcare websites need doctor profiles, treatments, timings and an appointment request flow — but the traffic almost always comes from local SEO rather than the site itself. Ranking in the Google map pack for "dentist near me" or "physiotherapist in Rohini" depends on your Google Business Profile, categories and a steady flow of recent reviews, so we set that up alongside the build.
Can you help an existing business that already has a website?
Yes, and often that's the cheaper starting point. We audit what you have first — if the structure and platform are sound, a redesign or an SEO retainer on the existing site preserves your URLs and rankings, which a careless rebuild can destroy. We'll tell you honestly when the existing site is worth keeping and when it's holding you back.
Results & guarantees
When should I expect SEO to pay for itself?
Most clients reach the point where organic enquiries cover the retainer somewhere between month four and month eight, depending on how competitive their category is and what state the site started in. Early movement shows in six to eight weeks. If you need enquiries this month rather than this quarter, ads are the honest answer and we will tell you so.
Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else — Google explicitly warns against SEOs who guarantee rankings. What we do guarantee is white-hat method, a monthly report showing exactly what changed, and full visibility into the keywords, content and links we're building. If the numbers aren't moving, we'll tell you why rather than hide it in a dashboard.
What minimum ad budget do I need for Google or Meta ads?
We recommend a minimum of ₹500 per day (about ₹15,000/month) in ad spend for a campaign to gather enough data to optimise. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Meta and is separate from our management fee, which starts at ₹9,999/month. Below that threshold the algorithm doesn't get enough conversions to learn from, and results stay unpredictable.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Design is approved before a line of code is written, and revisions at that stage are included — we iterate on wireframes and UI until it's right. That's the point of the phased process: catching a direction problem in the design phase costs a day, catching it after build costs weeks. Payment milestones are structured the same way, with 40% due only on design approval.
